A brief introduction:
I grew up in northern Oregon when my family left Canada and moved to Beaverton in the 1960s. That's where I attended 12 years of school and college, and also met my wife Jan, She grew up in Klamath and Medford. In 2016 we moved to Medford for a new beginning in an area with less bustle. We have four children, and all of them are married.
I am also a Certified Arborist & landscape designer, and my photography had its genesis in the redwoods after researchers recruited my help to measure trees in the old growth parks near Redwood National Park. That's where I learned photography from scratch.
Forest photography evolved into portraits, then came the redwood weddings, and eventually family photos and wedding photography.
For recreation or interests, Jan enjoys nutrition, baking, reading and volunteers watching children. My interests include learning guitar chords and reading. We both seem to enjoy organizing stuff too !!
